1963 Corvette Split-Window Resto-Mod Goes to Houston Auction at No Reserve

The inaugural Barrett-Jackson Houston Auction, held at the NRG Center, starts September 16, 2021, and runs through the 18th. We are going to look today at a stunning 1963 Resto-Mod that is going across the block at No Reserve!

Today we are looking at Lot #733, a 1963 Corvette Split-Window Resto-Mod was completed in March 2021 by Jeff Hayes Customs.  It has the classic look of the mid-year Split-Window but with the technology of a newer chassis and new fuel-injected LS engine. The inaugural Barrett-Jackson Houston Auction, held at the NRG Center, started September 16, 2021, and ran through the 18th.

This stunning Corvette is painted red and has a custom distressed leather Saddle interior.

Under the hood is an LS3 Hot Cam engine with 540hp backed by a 4L70E automatic transmission.

Full of creature comforts such as power steering, power windows, power hood, AM/FM Bluetooth stereo, and Vintage Air heat and air conditioning.

It rides on an Art Morrison sport chassis with front and rear sway bars and has Wilwood brakes with 6-piston polished aluminum front calipers and 4-piston rear calipers, as well as drilled and slotted rotors at all four corners.
