The inaugural Barrett-Jackson Houston Auction, held at the NRG Center, starts September 16, 2021, and runs through the 18th. As of this post, there are thirty awesome Corvettes registered for the Houston auction. Today we are looking at Lot #733; a 1963 Corvette Split-Window Resto-Mod was completed in March 2021 by Jeff Hayes Customs. It has the classic look of the mid-year Split-Window but with the technology of a newer chassis and new fuel-injected LS engine.
This stunning Corvette is painted red and has a custom distressed leather Saddle interior.
Under the hood is an LS3 Hot Cam engine with 540hp backed by a 4L70E automatic transmission.
Full of creature comforts such as power steering, power windows, power hood, AM/FM Bluetooth stereo, and Vintage Air heat and air conditioning.
It rides on an Art Morrison sport chassis with front and rear sway bars and has Wilwood brakes with 6-piston polished aluminum front calipers and 4-piston rear calipers, as well as drilled and slotted rotors at all four corners.
