It has the 5.7L engine and is rated at 405 hp and 400 ft. lbs. torque. Our photo was taken in 2007 in the MY Garage Museum and was owned by the Yager family at that time. The car is completely stock and only had 4,600 miles on it. The color is Le Mans Blue.
It was sold at the Mecum Kissimme auction in January of 2019 for $48,000. At that time it only had 30 original miles on it.
The Chevrolet Corvette 2004 Commemorative Edition Package honors and celebrates the final year of the 5th generation of Corvette production with a special tribute to Corvette Racing’s Le Mans-liveried C5R racers.
The Z06 package Included special LeMans Blue exterior color and striping, crossed flag embroidery on seat headrests, Silver front and rear emblems recalling Corvette’s success at Le Mans, a unique Z06-specific lightweight carbon fiber hood and special Z06 polished wheels with commemorative center inserts. Head-up display and FE4 Sport Suspension were also standard features on the high-performance Z06 model.
There were 34,064 2004 Corvette produced and of that there were 5,683 ZO6 hardtops, of these there were only 2,025 that chose RPO 1SB, the Commemorative Edition ZO6 for an additional $3,700. The base Corvette ZO6 hardtop was $52,385.00.
