HEARTLAND CUSTOM’S “SPEC” 1958
Jeff Page, Heartland Customs, developed what he calls a “spec” format for a C1 resto-mod. Since it was evident that many features requested by customers tend to fall into similar categories, why not make a standard set of equipment that can be built in series? There are variations from car to car, but so many repeats. This 1958 was, in effect, his marketing tool. Looks good.
