Americas Corvette Club Presents Check for $7,000 to SCAMP Charity

We are happy to report that the Americas Corvette Club presented a check for $7,000 to SCAMP of Clarkston from the Corvettes America show Silent Auction proceeds.

Americas Corvette Club’s 19th Corvette America Car Show drew automotive enthusiasts from across Michigan as well as surrounding states and Canada.  The show features Corvettes as well as numerous Corvette vendors. Corvette Product Manager Harlan Charles was on hand with the C8 camouflaged Corvette which drew a lot of attention. (The event took place in August 2019 and the C8 convertible wasn’t revealed until October 3, 2019.)

Vette Vues learned that the show is one of the largest all Corvette shows within a two-hundred-mile radius of Detroit and held rain or shine.

The Corvettes America Car Show is an all-volunteer effort staged by members of America’s Corvette Club of Michigan.

During their event, they hold a silent auction, and the proceeds from the silent auction are donated to Clarkston SCAMP, a charitable organization dedicated to serving children and young adults with special needs.
