In this issue, our featured event is the 42nd Corvette Chevy Expo held at the Galveston Island, Texas. Our cover Corvette is owned by Art Dorsett, owner of Van Steel Corvette. Art’s 1980 Corvette is on display at the Corvette Chevy Expo and is owned by Art Dorsett, owner of Van Steel Corvette.
This month’s Corvette features include a 1954 C1/C4 restomod, 1974 Twin-Turbo widebody custom, and some readers’ stories. Some stunning Vettes!
Of particular interest to our reads right now, we are also taking a look at what is currently happening with the new 2020 Chevrolet C8 Corvette.
Wayne Scraba shares with us in his tech article about a drill bit that can penetrate hardened steel. In his other article, he shares tech details on degreeing the cam. (You might enjoy some of his videos.)
K. Scott Teeters brings us the history of the C4 generation Corvette and, in particular, 1966, the last of the C4 Corvettes. In addition, Jan Hyde, Registry of Corvette Race Cars, shares some great history on Corvette racing.
