The C8 Corvette reveal can be watched live streaming on your computer on July 18. Following the reveal, you can see the next generation Mid-Engine Corvette in person at dealerships across the county in the reveal tour.

2.) Following the reveal, you can see the Next Generation Corvette in person.

By now you probably know that the reveal of the new C8 Mid-Engine Corvette is taking place on the evening of July 18, 2019, in Orange County, California.

As you know the late Zora Arkus-Duntov, the father of the Chevrolet Corvette, had a vision for a mid-engine Corvette and it is finally transpiring. Zora Arkus-Duntov, the father of the Chevrolet Corvette, had an idea for a mid-engine Corvette.

Chevrolet announced today (2019-07-08) that you can watch the C8 Corvette Reveal Livestream from the comfort of your own home.

The C8 Corvette Reveal Livestream starts at 7:30 p.m. PDT/10:30 p.m. EDT on July 18 and can be accessed through https://media.chevrolet.com/nextgenCorvette

The streaming platform will also be available on Chevrolet’s social media channels.

Vette Vues Magazine learned that “The stream will include Corvette video footage, a hosted preshow, and the reveal presentation. It will be available for viewing across the globe, in all seven continents.”

“There is a large contingent of Corvette fans across the world waiting for the reveal of the Next Generation. We’re happy to give these fans, and all sports car enthusiasts, a way to see and learn about the vehicle at the same time as those participating live in California,” said Barry Engle, executive vice president, and president, the Americas, GM. “Viewers will hear directly from Chevrolet leadership, engineering, and some special guests about the highlights and background of this first mid-engine Corvette.”

Now that you know the C8 Corvette Livestream reveal time and date and how you can watch it, how about seeing it in person?

The other big news is that after the reveal, the Next Generation Corvette will hit the road for two national dealership tours. There will be one tour on the East and West Coasts, and it will stop at more than 125 select dealerships across the U.S. The tours will start after the reveal and extending through early 2020.

The tour dates and cities will be available starting on July 19, and we will post this on our website so you can check out where the closest dealer “reveal” will be to you.

On the C8 reveal C8 tour, Chevrolet dealers will host customers to showcase the new mid-engine C8 Corvette, as well as display customizable parts (seats, wheels, accessories, etc.) you can choose for your new car. They will also show people how they can personalize their own Corvette.

“With all the excitement around this vehicle, we don’t want people to have to wait to experience it in person,” said Engle. “Our national tours will bring the Next Generation car right to our customers’ local Chevrolet dealership, where they can start imagining themselves in their very own personalized mid-engine Corvette.”
