Release date July 26, 2019 Check out the recent video release from Chevrolet.  In it, they indicated that the convertible would debut this fall alongside the C8.R race car. Now Chevy is captioning it with "to be revealed fall 2019" on YouTube. As of yet, we don't have any specs on the Corvette convertible. We do expect that the drop-top will use the same potent 6.2-liter V-8 engine. But as to the cargo space, it will likely offer less than the coupe's 12.6 cubic feet.
