# 59 Peter Klutt, # 11 Edward Sevadjian and # 969 Michael Origer were 1-2-3 in 6AP.

The top 6 Corvettes started farther back because Peter Klutt led them adrift via an off-course excursion on the pace lap of the qualifying race.  

They moved up quickly so Dick Mooney must be smiling from above and wife Pam relieved.

# 33 Mike Donohue, # 42 Rick Mooney, # 37 Clair Schwendeman in small blocks finished 5-6-7.  (Stewart Black’s crew had a spare tranny on hand for repairs).
