A Legacy of Excellence

Juechter’s 47-year career at GM culminated in the groundbreaking C7 and mid-engined C8 Corvettes. His final act? The highly anticipated twin-turbo ZR1, set to debut this summer just as Roma steps into the driver’s seat.

Roma: A Passionate Successor

Tony Roma isn’t new to high-performance excellence. His impressive career at GM began in 1993, rising through the ranks to play a pivotal role in engine development for legendary LS platforms and powertrain integration for top GM vehicles. He honed his leadership skills as chief engineer for Cadillac’s high-performance V-Series and Blackwing models, as well as the luxurious Celestiq.

But Roma’s passion extends beyond the boardroom. His personal collection boasts a C4 ZR1, C6 ZR1, a C8 Z06, and even a CTS-V wagon, with rumors of a C8 ZR1 soon joining the ranks. He’s no stranger to the racetrack either, holding a GM Level 6 driver certification (the company’s highest) and racking up over 1500 laps at the Nürburgring.
