Owner: Dan McMichael This particular car is the last one built by Joel Rosen. Back in the 1973-74 timeframe, Joel was facing some rather strong pressure from the EPA. His cars were rolling offenses....according to them. In the end, he agreed to pay a small fine for violating new environmental regulations and stop building these types of cars. Apparently, this choice was better than the alternative. This car is presented almost in “as purchased” condition. Although the car was repainted by Joel and the driveline has been refurbished, the car is pretty much original. Even the interior, which strikes many as being an odd color, is…
