# 13 RWT C7 GT3-R rises up at Sachsenring ADAC-GT finale The Sachsenring motorsport racing circuit is located in Hohenstein-Ernstthal near Chemnitz in Saxony, Germany. The duo of Sven Barth/David Jahn finished 7th and 10th on Sat/Sun as Gerd Beisel’s RWT team locked up 7th place in the 2019 ACAC-GT championship standings. RWT is a stalwart Callaway customer that started with a C6 ZO6R GT3 and currently races C7 GT3-R chassis 004. ELKHART LAKE, Wisc. (Aug. 3, 2019) – Luck wasn’t on the side of Corvette Racing on Sunday as the team logged fourth- and sixth-place finishes in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship’s Road Race Showcase at Road America. Both Chevrolet Corvette C7.Rs led the GT Le Mans (GTLM) category and were in contention for the program’s 100thh victory in IMSA competition. Ultimately, however, the race and fortune went against Corvette Racing as it went for an eighth class victory at the circuit.
